| Abstract: | Propofol is a relatively ideal intravenous anesthetic and is widely used in clinic. However, a great deal of factors such as age, gender, body weight, hemodilution, combining medication influence its pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. Therefore, the physiological and pathological features of patients and other factors should be considered synergically and clinical application of medicine should be individualiied. |
