环磷酸腺苷注射治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的:观察环磷酸腺苷(商品名美心力)治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:92例CHF患者按入院先后顺序随机被分为治疗组及对照组,各46例,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用环磷酸腺苷注射液静脉滴注,1 次／d,疗程7～10 d,观察治疗前后症状、体征、心功能的改变,并以超声心动图检测左心功能的变化。结果:临床心功能总有效率:治疗组84．78％,对照组65．22％,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0．05),超声心动图各项指标改善两组差异亦有显著性(P<0．05)。结论:环磷酸腺苷治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效确切、安全,无明显毒副作用。

Therapeutic result of cylic adenosine monophosphate on congestive heart failure

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of cylic adenosine phosphate (cAMP) treating patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods:The 92 CHF patients were randomized into therapeutic group (n = 46) and control group (n = 46) according to the admission date. Both groups were treated with the same ordinary method. cAMP was given with intravenous transfusion and once a day for 7-10 days in the therapeutic group. Cardiac function measured by Doppler echocardiography. Results: The clinical total effective power of heart function in therapeutic group was 84.75% , evidently more than 65. 22% of the control group (x2=4.70, P<0.05). The amelioration of the heart functions assayed by Doppler echocardiography in therapeutic group was more than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Effect of cyclic adenosine phosphate treatment on congestive heart failure is notable and safe in CHF patient.
