Abstract: | More than 100,000 Zika virus cases have been reported in Brazil since the Public Health Emergency of International Concern period ended in 2016. We analyzed cases in Brazil during 2017–2021 to identify transmission trends and forecast future infection hotspots. Our results can be used for targeted interventions to reduce transmission. |
