| 摘 要： | 目的总结重症急性胰腺炎非手术治疗体会。方法收集我院1995年1月～2004年10月我院收治的66例重症胰腺炎，回顾分析非手术治疗重症胰腺炎的诊治经验。结果本组非手术治疗54例，51例治愈，死亡3例，治愈率81．8％；手术治疗12例，8例治愈，死亡4例。治愈率66．7％。结论早期以非手术为主的综合治疗措施能提高重症胰腺炎治疗效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of nonoperation treatment for severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods 66 cases from Jun 1995 to Oct. 2004 with SAP treatment experience was analyzed.Results 51(81.8%) out of 54 cases were cured and 3 died 8((66.7)%) out of 12 patients were cured and 4 died using operation treatment. Conclusion The early non-operation treatment can increase the effect in treatment of SAP. |
