p53基因药物抑制人鼻咽癌生长的免疫组化研究

摘    要:目的探索p53基因在鼻咽癌基因治疗方面的可行性。方法以人鼻咽癌CNE细胞株为实验对象,将重组人p53腺病毒药物(10^10rAd/p53)感染人鼻咽癌CNE细胞,用免疫组化实验的方法观察重组人p53腺病毒药物(rAct/p53)对人鼻咽癌CNE细胞体外生长的影响。结果重组人p53腺病毒药物(10^10rAd/p53)对人鼻咽癌CNE细胞生长有明显抑制。结论重组人p53腺病毒药物(rAd/p53)对人鼻咽癌CNE细胞生长能有效抑制,为鼻咽癌的基因治疗提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Objective To explore the potential use of p53 in gene therapy for human nasopharyngeal cancer. Methods A human nasopharyngeal cancer cell line CNE was used. Adenoviral-mediated transfer of p53 gene( rAd/p53 )was transiently in- troduced into CNE cells in vitro. The growth of CNE cells in vitro was examined with immunohistochemistry assay. Results Cell growth was greatly suppressed in vitro. Conclusion rAd/p53 is a potential approach to the gene therapy of nasopharyngeal cancer.
