玉树地震批量伤员救治的方法与体会

目的探讨地震后批量伤员的救治方法。方法成立领导小组,制订应急预案及后送收治流程,快速进行分检、后送转运、安置伤员,转运中严密观察生命体征,严防并发症。结果后方收治小组共收治伤员55名,无一例死亡。无并发症、差错事故及护理纠纷发生。结论医护人员具备应急能力,配备良好的急救器材,有效的应急预案,科学统筹人力资源是确保批量伤员救治成功的关键。

Methods and experiences of the rescue of batches of trauma patients caused by earthquake in Yushu

Objective To explore the methods to cure batches of trauma patients caused by earthquake. Methods The measures included setting up a leading group, developing the emergency respouse plan and the procedurs of treatment and transportation. The wounded were quickly sorted, transported and reset- tied. Vital signs were closely observed to prevent the appearance of complications. Results Fifty - five trauma patients caused by earthquake were successfully transported with no death. No complications, accidents and nursing disputes occurred. Conclusion Excellent emergency response capacity of medical staff, well - equipped first - aid equipments, effective transfer procedures and contingency plans, and scientific arrangement of human resources can ensure the safety of the treatment of batches of trauma patients caused by earthquake.
