| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方血栓通滴丸中三七含量测定的标准。方法薄层扫描法。结果三七的主要成分人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1,含量测定色谱在540nm波长处有最大吸收,浓度与吸收度呈线性关系,平均回收率为99.48%,精密度试验RSD为0.17%(n=6)。结论本法含量测定准确可靠、操作简便,可作为复方血栓通滴丸质量控制重要依据。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a standard for content determination of compound Xueshuantong pill.METHODS TLC. RESULTS Chromatographic determination of ginseng Rg1 and ginseng Rb1,the main ingredients of Sanqi,had maximum absorption at the wavelength of 540nm.There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of Rg1 and Rb1 and the absorption,the average recovery rate was 100.02%,RSD was 0.17%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method for the determination is accurate and reliable,easy to operate,which can be used as an important basis quality control for the compound Xueshuantong pills. |
