某焦化厂苯化合物对作业工人健康影响的调查

[目的]调查某焦化厂职业危害情况,了解苯化合物对作业工人健康的影响。[方法]2005年10月,对该厂车间空气中苯化合物浓度进行检测,对接苯人员和部分非接苯人员进行职业性健康检查。[结果]一车间动力房空气中苯、甲苯平均浓度分别为130.5、401.6 mg/m3,二车间动力房空气中苯、甲苯平均浓度分别为120.0、150.0 mg/m3,均超国家标准;自觉症状(乏力、头痛、头晕、多梦、睡眠障碍)、血象异常的多项指标的罹患率接触组高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]该焦化厂存在较为严重的职业危害因素,对作业工人健康造成损害,需进行彻底整改。

Investigation on the Effect of Occupational Exposure to Benzene among Workers in Coking Factory

[Objective]To investigate the status of occupational hazard in coking factory,understand the effect of occupational exposure to benzene compounds among workers.[Methods]Air samples collected from the workshop were tested for the detection of the concentration of benzene compounds in October 2005.Physical examination was carried out for the workers exposed to benzene compounds and for the workers in control group.[Results]The concentration of benzene and phenylmethane in air samples from the power room of number 1 workshop was 130.5,401.6 mg/m3 respectively while it was 120.0 and 150.0 mg/m3 respectively in the air samples from the power room of number 2 workshop.The concentration was over the national standard.The morbidity of the symptoms(hypodynamia,headache,dizziness,dreaminess and sleep disorder) and abnormal blood picture was higher in the group exposed to benzene compounds than that in control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).[Conclusion]There was severe occupational hazard in this factory,the workers' health was seriously damaged,improvement must be conducted to insure the workers' health.
