临床药师对高血压病患者用药依从性的干预

目的探讨对高血压患者制订个体化的给药方案和用药指导,并通过科学合理的干预措施,提高高血压病患者用药依从性的影响。方法 118例高血压病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各59例,干预组实施个体化给药、用药指导和科学合理的干预措施等,对照组不予以干预,分别在干预前和干预1年后对2组患者进行用药依从性和血压达标率等调查。结果干预组用药依从性由干预前18.6%提高到干预后的62.7%,血压达标率由13.6%提高到57.6%,干预组与对照组在干预后药物依从性和血压达标率方面比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论根据个体差异、时辰药理学、药剂学等,临床药师参与医师对高血压患者用药,制订个体化的给药方案和用药指导,并通过科学合理的干预措施提高患者用药依从性,血压达标率与用药依从性呈正相关。

The clinical pharmacist applies drugs the compliance intervention to the patients with elevated blood pressure

Objective To discuss hypertension medication formulate individualized administration programs and medication guidance and through scientific reasonable interventions for the effect of upgrading hypertension medication compliance.Methods 118 cases of hypertension were randomily divided into intervention group and control group,59 cases of cach.The intervention group was given implementing individualization administration,medication guidance and scientific reasonable intervention measures intervention,while control group was given intervention,respectively before intervention and intervention one year later,the two groups patients medication compliance and blood pressure compliance rate were investigated.Results Intervention group medication compliance by the intervention former 18.6% raised to intervention 62.7%,blood pressure compliance rate 13.6%raised to 57.6%.Compliance and blood pressure compliance rate were significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion According individual differences chrono pharmacology,pharmacy etc,clinical pharmacists participation physicians hypertension medication formulate individualized administration programs and medication guidance and through scientific reasonable interventions can improve patient medication compliance,blood pressure compliance rate medication compliance is proportional.
