Th1/Th2型细胞因子失衡与Graves病相关性研究

目的探讨IL-6和TNF-α在Graves病（GD）发病中的作用。方法检测100例GD患者和40例年龄、性别相匹配的健康对照者血清IL-6、TNF-α水平,并与相关抗体进行相关性分析。结果观察组TNF-α、IL-6水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且TNF-α与血清甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TGAb）、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TPOAb）呈正相关。结论 GD一般呈Th2型细胞因子优势表达,体液免疫起主导作用。

Relationship between the Th1/ Th2 cytokines imbalance and Graves diseases

Objective To explore the role of IL-6 and TNF-α in Graves diseases（GD）pathogenesis.Methods The leves of TNF-α、IL-6 were examined in 100 Graves＇ disease and 40 healthy control subjects that age and sex matched and with relevant antibody correlation analysis. Results The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with GD were significantly higher than those in control groups（P 0. 01）,and the level of TNF-α were positively associated with TGAb and TPOAb（P 0. 05）. Conclusion GD is predominantly expressed Th2 cytokines,humoral immunity plays a dominant role.
