无痛分娩在产科中的应用

目的观察无痛分娩对产程，宫缩，分娩方式，产后出血及新生儿的影响。方法将100例孕妇随机分为试验组和对照组，各50例。试验组采用无痛分娩，对照组采用常规分娩，观察2组产程、剖宫产率、产后出血量及新生儿影响。结果试验组第1产程时间短于对照组，剖宫产率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论无痛分娩镇痛效果明显，缩短了第1产程时间，降低剖宫产率，不增加产后出血量，对新生儿无影响。

Application of painless childbirth in obstetrics

Objective To observe the effect of painless childbirth on the duration, contractions, delivery mode, post- partum hemorrhage and the newborn. Methods 100 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into the test group and the control group ,50 cases of each. The test group were adopt painless childbirth method, the control group with routine deliver- ies, observed the effects of labor, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal between these two groups. Results The first stage of labor in test group was shorter than it＇s in control group,the cesarean section rate was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Analgesic effects of the test group significantly shortening the first labor time, reduce the cesarean section rate and does not increase the amount of postpartum bleeding, had no effect on newborns.
