胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病80例探讨

目的探讨胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 160例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例。治疗组采用甘舒霖R和N分别于三餐前及睡前皮下注射。对照组选用磺脲类、双胍类或两者联合用药。观察2组空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、餐后2h胰岛素（2hINS）变化情况,比较2组血糖达标时间及低血糖频率。结果 2组治疗后FPG、2hPG、FINS和2hINS均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.01）,且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组血糖达标时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;2组低血糖发生频率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病可缩短降血糖的时间,安全有效,可长期维持良好的血糖控制。

Discussion insulin intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes of 80 cases

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of insulin intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 160 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,80 cases of each.The treatment group were treated with Ganshulin R and N respectively,before meals and bedtime subcutaneous injection.The control group selected sulfonylurea,biguanides,or both drugs combined to cure.Observed the two groups of fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,postprandial 2h blood glucose（2hPG）,fasting insulin（FINS）,postprandial 2h insulin（2hINS）changed,compared blood glucose compliance time and frequency of low blood sugar.Results Compared with those before treatment,FPG,2hPG,FINS and 2hINS of the two groups were improved after treatment（P0.01）;The treatment group improvements in these indicators were better than the control group（P0.05）;Compliance time of blood glucose in the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group,（P0.05）;But there was no significant difference of hypoglycemia frequency beween the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Insulin intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes can reduce the hypoglycemic time,is safe and effective,and can be a long-term maintenance of good blood glucose control.
