妇科手术170例护理分析

目的比较腹腔镜与开腹手术的护理工作,提高护理质量。方法选择我院妇科手术患者170例,其中腹腔镜组90例,开腹组80例,比较2组患者术后住院天数、3d内体温、离床活动、拔尿管及排尿时间、流质进食时间。结果腹腔镜组术后3d内体温及术后恢复情况均优于开腹组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论腹腔镜手术后护理时间短,恢复快,有效提高了护理质量。

Analysis of 170 cases of nursing after gynecologic operation

Objective To compare the nursing after gynecologic operation with abdominoscope and open surgery,in order to improve the nursing quality.Methods 170 patients which was done the gynecologic operation in our hospital,which included the abdominoscope group（n=90）and the open surgery group（n=80）.The preoperative and postoperative nursing was compared between the 2 groups,and the comparison of postoperative nursing included the hospitalization days,the body temperature within 3 days,the mean off-bed time,the days of removal of urethral catherter and the days of taking fluid food after operation was done respectively.Results The body temperature and postoperative recovery after three days within laparoscopic group were better than laparotomy group（P0.01）.Conclusion The nursing time after laparoscopic surgery is shorter than that of open surgery,and the former has the advantages of rapid recovery and can improve nursing quality effectively.
