复方利多卡因乳膏对豚鼠皮肤刺激性实验观察

目的对复方利多卡因乳膏进行豚鼠皮肤刺激性实验,以了解其安全性。方法以一次给药和多次给药方法,将复方利多卡因乳膏外涂于白色豚鼠背部正常或破损去毛区皮肤,观察其产生豚鼠皮肤刺激性反应。结果复方利多卡因乳膏对豚鼠完整皮肤平均反应分值均〈0.5分,对豚鼠破损皮肤平均反应分值在给药后1h和24h均〉0.5分,但〈2.99分,48h后平均反应分值均〈0.5分。结论复方利多卡因乳膏对豚鼠完整皮肤无刺激性,对破损皮肤有轻度刺激性,但给药后48h刺激性消失。

Experimental study of skin irritation on guinea pigs with compound lidocaine cream

Objective Skin irritation test was used to study the safety of the ointment of compound lidocaine cream on guinea pigs.Methods Spreading compound lidocaine cream on the normal or damaged areas without hair on the back of white Guinea pigs once or many times to observe the situation of irritation on Guinea pigs.Results The average reaction value of compound lidocaine cream on normal areas of skin was lower than 0.5,and the average reaction value on damaged area was higher than 0.5 after one hour and 24 hours,but lower than 2.99,and lower than 0.5 after 48 hours.Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream has no irritation to guineas＇normal skin and a little stimulation to the damaged skin,but it is disappeared after 48 hours.
