重组人脑利钠肽治疗充血性心力衰竭临床观察

目的观察重组人脑利钠肽（新活素）治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 110例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用新活素治疗。观察2组患者的临床症状、体征、心脏彩色超声及心功能变化情况,观察药物不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为90.9%高于对照组的67.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组治疗后尿量均增加,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组LVEF升高,与治疗前和对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论新活素治疗充血性心力衰竭安全有效。

Clinical observation of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in treatment of congestive heart failure

Objective To observe clinical effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide（rhBNP） in treatment of congestive heart failure.Methods 110 cases of congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,55 cases of each.The control group received conventional therapy,the treatment group based on the control group used rhBNP.Observed the two groups of with clinical symptoms,physical signs,echocardiography and cardiac function changed,observed the determination of adverse drug reactions.Results The total effective rate of control group was 90.9% higher than 67.3% of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Compared with that before treatment,urine volume of the two groups increased after treatment,there were significant differences （P0.05）,improvements in treatment group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）;LVEF of treatment group was higher than that of before treatment and control group,the differences were significantly （P0.05）.Conclusion It is safe and effective of rhBNP in treatment of congestive heart failure.
