异常血常规标本存放时间对检测结果的影响

目的 探讨异常血液常规标本存放时间对检测结果的影响。方法 用Bayer ADVIA-120型白细胞分析仪对异常值血液标本分6个时段(0h，2h，4h，8h，12h，24h)连续检测，观察标本结果的变化。结果 在异常高值标本中白细胞参数嗜碱细胞(BASO)12h有显著变化，血小板参数MPV 2h后显著增加；异常低值标本中白细胞参数LUC在24h有显著增加，血小板参数MPV 8h后显著增加。红细胞参数24h内观察无显著性差异。结论 高值异常标本存放时间较低值标本存放时间对检验结果影响较大，但在4h内完成对异常值血标本的检测，结果能满足临床常规需要，能较好反映结果的真值。

Effect of prolonged storage time on the testing results of blood samples
