新入职幼儿教师心理弹性潜类别及其与职业适应的关系

摘    要:
目的:探究新入职幼儿教师心理弹性的潜在类别及其与职业适应的关系。方法:选取新入职幼儿教师1180名,使用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、职业适应问卷(OAQ)进行测评。采用潜在剖面分析探究心理弹性的潜在类别,运用方差分析探讨心理弹性潜在类别与职业适应的关系。结果:新入职幼儿教师心理弹性得分与职业适应得分正相关(r=0.47,P<0.01)。新入职幼儿教师心理弹性可分为低水平组(4.7%)、中等偏低组(39.4%)、中等偏高组(41.1%)和高水平组(14.8%)4个潜在类别;不同潜在类别教师OAQ各维度得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),心理弹性高水平组的人际关系适应和客观环境适应维度得分均高于其余3组;高水平组和中等偏高组的各维度得分均高于中等偏低组和低水平组。结论:新入职幼儿教师的心理弹性存在4种潜在类别,心理弹性类别与职业适应水平密切相关。

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the latent classes of psychological resilience and the relationship with occupational adaptation in novice preschool teachers.Methods:A total of 1180 novice preschool teachers were selected.They were assessed with the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC) and Occupational Adaptation Questionnaire(OAQ).Latent profile analysis was used to analyze latent classes of psychological resilience.The variance analysis was used to explore the relationship between latent classes of psychological resilience and occupational adaptation.Results:The psychological resilience scores in novice preschool teachers were positively correlated with the occupational adaptation scores(r=0.47,P<0.01).The psychological resilience of novice preschool teachers was divided into three latent classes,namely low-level group(4.7%),medium-low group(39.4%),medium-high group(41.1%),and high-level group(14.8%).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of different latent classes in each dimension of occupational adaptation(Ps<0.05),and the high-level psychological resilience group had higher scores than the other three groups in the dimension of interpersonal relationship adaptation and objective environment adaptation.The high-level group and the medium-high group had higher scores in each dimension than the medium-low group and the low-level group.Conclusion:There are four latent classes of psychological resilience in novice preschool teachers,and psychological resilience are closely related to the occupational adaptation.
