摘    要:
临床科研意识和科研能力是现代临床医生必备的素质。而科研素质的培养应该从本科生抓起。在医学本科教学过程中,将科研思想融入课程内容,使学生在完成必须的医学知识积累的同时,能学会查阅文献,把握医学前沿知识,通过组织学生参与科研活动,激发学生的创新意识,使学生把所学的理论知识融会贯通,达到以科研促教学的目的,为培养创新型医学人才探索新的教学模式。

Abstract:
Clinical scientific research consciousness and research capacity are absolutel ynecessary for an excellent clinician. It should be emphasized to train the scientific research ability from the undergraduate period. During the process of the undergraduate teaching, scientific research should be introduced and the undergraduates be asked to retrieve literature and take part in some research program, thus stimulating their innovation idea and digesting the book knowledge. The researching- style teaching mode will improve greatly the efficacy of course teaching and be helpful to culturing innovative medical talents.
