| 摘 要： | 目的通过改革创新护理用具，促进舒适护理。方法健全组织和激励机制，加强护士创新理论培训，定期召开创新专题会议，开展创新比赛。结果改革创新84项护理用具，获国家专利16项，统计源期刊发表与护理用具有关的论文14篇。结论通过改革创新护理用具，促进了舒适护理，提高了病人满意度和护理人员的科研意识与能力。 |
