| 摘 要： | 目的:研究白花蛇舌草 Hedyotis diffusa 的化学成分。方法:各种色谱方法进行分离纯化,理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从白花蛇舌草中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,反式对羟基桂皮酸十八酯(1),对甲氧基反式肉桂酸(2),阿魏酸(3),7-羟基-6-甲氧基香豆素(4),丁二酸(5),N-(N'-benzoyl-S-phenylalanilyl)-S-phenylalaninol acetate(aurantiamide acetate,6),1,3-二羟基-2-甲基蒽醌(7),1,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基-2-甲基蒽醌(8)。结论:除化合物3外,其余化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from Hedyotis diffusa.Method:The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques and identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data.Result:Eight compounds were isolated and identified as octadecyl (E)-p-coumarate(1),p-E-methoxy-cinnamic acid(2),ferulic acid(3),scopoletin(4),succinic acid(5),aurantiamide acetate(6),rubiadin(7),robustaquinone D(8).Conclusion:Compounds 1-8 were obtained from genusHedyotisfor the first time. |
