| 摘 要： | 复发性流产(RSA)发病因素多且复杂,主要包括年龄、染色体异常、生殖器官畸形、感染、精子质量、生活方式问题、免疫因素、母体激素和代谢异常性疾病等.目前已有报道认为,RSA与自身抗体阳性之间存在关联,而对抗核抗体(ANA)与RSA的相关性则存在争议,本文主要探讨ANA与RSA的相关性,以供临床借鉴.

| Abstract: | Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)has many and complex factors,including age,chromosomal abnormalities,reproductive organ abnormalities,infection,sperm quality,lifestyle problems,immune factors,maternal hormones,metabolic disorders,ect.It has been reported that there is a correlation between RSA and autoantibody positivity,while the correlation between antinuclear antibodies(ANA)and RSA is controversial.This paper mainly discusses the correlation between ANA and RSA for clinical reference. |
