囊腔类肺癌的MSCT影像表现及相关病理研究进展

囊腔类肺癌是肺癌一种比较少见的特殊类型,随着经验的积累及影像设备的发展,囊腔类肺癌越来越多的被发现和报道.但是囊腔类肺癌的影像表现不典型、发病机制不明确、成因复杂,且人们对其认识不足,因此常常造成漏诊和误诊.为加深对此类疾病的认识以及提高早期诊断率,本文对囊腔类肺癌在多排螺旋CT上的影像表现特征及病理基础做一综述.

Research advances on MSCT imaging and related pathologic studies of cystic lung cancer

Lung cancer associated with cystic airspaces is a rare special type of lung cancer.With the accumulation of experience and the development of imaging equipment,more and more cases of cystic lung cancer have been found and reported.However,the imaging features of cystic lung cancer are not typical,the pathogenesis is not clear,the cause is complex,and people do not know enough about it,so it often causes missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.In order to deepen the understanding of this disease and improve the rate of early diagnosis.In this paper,the imaging characteristicson multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and pathological basis of cystic lung cancer are reviewed.
