| 摘 要： | 目的探索5-羟色胺(5-HT)在青少年网络成瘾发生中的作用,为心理疏导、行为干预和药物治疗提供依据。方法应用高效液相色谱法,测定33例网络成瘾患者青少年和44例正常对照的血小板5-HT含量;采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS),测评情绪状态。应用SPSS 14.0进行t检验和相关分析。结果网络成瘾组血小板5-HT水平低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.135,P<0.05);网络成瘾组抑郁评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.310,P<0.01);网络成瘾组焦虑评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.110,P<0.01)。相关分析显示,血小板5-HT水平与网络成瘾、抑郁、焦虑程度均呈负相关(P值均<0.05)。结论网络成瘾发病可能与神经元功能失调有关。 |
