摘    要:目的:建立用循环伏安法测定输液中表柔比星含量的方法。方法:以裸玻碳为电极,用循环伏安法测量表柔比星还原峰高与浓度的关系。结果:表柔比星在1×10-7~1×10-5mol·L-1范围内呈现线性关系,r=0.997 0,高中低三种浓度加样回收率达98.2%以上。结论:此方法简单、方便,可用于输液中表柔比星含量的快速测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a cyclic voltammetry method for the determination of epirubicin injection. Method: Using glassy carbon electrode, the relationship between reductive peak and concentration of epirubicin was studied. Result: The calibration curve of epirubicin showed a good linearity (r =0. 997 0) within the range of 1 × 10^-7-1 × 10^-5 mol·L^-1, and the sample-adding recovery was above 98. 2%. Conclusion: This method is specific, sensitive and accurate, and can be used to detect epirubicin injection.
