| 摘 要： | 目的:建立用循环伏安法测定输液中表柔比星含量的方法。方法:以裸玻碳为电极,用循环伏安法测量表柔比星还原峰高与浓度的关系。结果:表柔比星在1×10-7～1×10-5mol·L-1范围内呈现线性关系,r=0.997 0,高中低三种浓度加样回收率达98.2%以上。结论:此方法简单、方便,可用于输液中表柔比星含量的快速测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a cyclic voltammetry method for the determination of epirubicin injection. Method： Using glassy carbon electrode, the relationship between reductive peak and concentration of epirubicin was studied. Result： The calibration curve of epirubicin showed a good linearity （r =0. 997 0） within the range of 1 × 10^-7-1 × 10^-5 mol·L^-1, and the sample-adding recovery was above 98. 2%. Conclusion： This method is specific, sensitive and accurate, and can be used to detect epirubicin injection. |
