| 摘 要： | 目的评价学校创建100%无烟环境的综合性干预效果,为积极开展校园控烟工作提供参考依据。方法 2007-2008年在全国20个省40个市县中小学按照统一的干预策略开展为期1a的100%无烟学校创建活动,采用观察法和问卷调查法分别收集干预前后学校的吸烟现象、学校人群对烟草危害的认识及控烟态度、学校人群的吸烟与被动吸烟等资料,评价干预效果。结果基线调查时36.14%的学校未观察到吸烟现象,干预后创建无烟学校上升为74.51%;干预前学校男性人群吸烟率为12.13%,干预后创建无烟学校中男性吸烟率降至10.61%;干预前学校不吸烟人群的二手烟暴露率为28.01%,干预后二手烟暴露率降至10.15%。干预后人群对烟草危害的正确认识及控烟态度较基线时均有显著改善。结论无烟学校创建活动的综合性干预措施取得了显著的效果,基本实现了项目的预期目标。 |
