摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法测定环磷腺苷葡胺注射液中环磷腺苷的含量。方法:采用HypersilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.01%磷酸溶液-乙腈(95:5),流速为1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为259nm,柱温为30℃。结果:环磷腺苷在0.051-2.054μg范围内线性关系良好,r=1.0000(n=6),平均回收率为99.61%(n=9),RSD为0.80%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、专属性强,能简便有效控制环磷腺苷葡胺注射液中环磷腺苷的含量。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of cAMP in meglumine adenosine cyciophosphate injection. Method: Hypersil C18 column (250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5μm) set at 30 ℃ was used . The mobile phase was 0. 01% H3PO4 solution and acetonitrile (95:5) whb flow rate of 1.0 ml·min ^-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 259 nm. Result: A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0. 051-2. 054 lag(r = 1. 000 0, n = 6). The average recovery was 99. 61% (RSD = 0. 80%, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and specific,and can be used for the quality eontrol of meglumine adenosine cyelophosphate injection.
