多普勒组织成像技术检测二尖瓣环运动鉴别左室舒张功能假性正常的价值

目的　探讨多普勒组织成像技术鉴别二尖瓣血流图假性正常的价值。方法　运用多普勒组织成像技术检测 30例正常人和 5 5例冠心病患者的二尖瓣环运动速度峰值 ,同时运用脉冲多普勒检测二尖瓣口血流速度峰值 ,两者做对比研究。结果　心绞痛组二尖瓣血流图与二尖瓣环运动频谱均异常 ,E/ A<1 ,Ea/ Aa<1 ,与正常组比较差异有显著性意义 ,心肌梗死组二尖瓣血流图假性正常 ,二尖瓣环运动频谱异常 ,E/ A>1 ,Ea/ Aa<1 ,与正常组比较差异有显著性意义。结论　多普勒组织成像技术检测二尖瓣环运动速度能鉴别二尖瓣血流假性正常 ,两者结合应用可准确反映左室舒张功能异常的不同阶段

Value of Doppler Tissue Imeging in Detecting Mitral Annular Movement for Differentiating Pseudonormalized Left Ventricular Diastolic Function

Objective To evaluate Doppler tissue imaging in differentiating pseudonormalized mirtal flow pattern Methods There were 30 normal persons and 55 patients with coronary heart disease in this study Doppler tissue imaging(DTI) and pulsed wave Doppler(PWD) technique were used to measure mitral annular and mitral flow velocity spectra the parametes of which were compared Results Significant differences were found in these parameters between angina pectoris group and normal group The mitral flow pattern was pseudonormalized,but the mitral annular velocities which were really abnormal in myocardial group,were statistically significant compared with those in the normal group Conclusions DTI plays an important role in differentiating pseudonormalized mitral flow pattern The mitral flow pattern integrated with the mitral annular velocity can reflect the progressive changes of left ventricular diastolic function exactly
