| 摘 要： | 慢性病毒性肝炎(乙型和丙型)的炎症过程是免疫介导所致,涉及到CTL和NK细胞。穿孔素/颗粒酶是上述细胞重要的效应物质,与细胞凋亡有关。此文对穿孔素/颗粒酶的分子结构、生物学特性及其在肝细胞损伤中的作用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Inflammatory process of chronic hepatitis B and chronic hepatitis C results from immune intervention, refered CTL and NK cell. Perforin/granzyme is an important effector of CTL and NK cell, which relate with apoptosis.The aim of this article reviews about molecular structure, biologic character and effect in hepatic injury of perforin/ granzyme. |
