手术室低年资护士培训方法的探讨

目的探讨手术室低年资护士的培训方法,提高低年资护士专科理论水平和实践能力及教学水平。方法在保证日常工作的同时,要求低年资护士采取给实习护士理论授课,操作示范,组织查房,考试考核等措施,超标准完成教学任务。结果培训后低年资护士综合素质和工作能力均显著提高(p<0.01),临床医生麻醉师及同事满意度也显著提高(p<0.05)。结论指导低年资护士做好带教工作,有利于提前建设高素质的专科护士队伍。
