| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人血压昼夜变化的稳定性。方法对32例无高血压病的老年人和35例服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片降压的老年高血压病患者进行3次动态血压检测(每次间隔12个月),比较两组3年夜间血压下降百分比的变化。结果32例无高血压病的老年人和35例服用氨氯地平片降压的老年高血压病患者,3次夜间血压下降百分比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论老年人的血压昼夜变化具有良好的稳定性。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the stability of nocturnal blood pressure variation among the aged.Methods A continual 3 times(12 months intervals) of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring were performed on 32 normal blood pressure aged and 35 hypertensive aged who had taken amlodipine.3 nocturnal reduction rates(NRR) of two groups were compared.Results There were no significantly difference in 3 NRR between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The circadian rhythm of blood pressure has good stability. |
