摘    要:本综述组织工程化肌腱领域中取得的多项成果,如肌腱组织替代物,种子细胞,组织工程用生物材料及转基因技术应用研究等。论述建立生长,增殖可调的肌腱种子细胞系可行性。研制有利于细胞生长与粘附的生物材料及转基因等亲技术在组织工程学中的应用必将推动组织工程化 肌腱的研究。

Abstract:To review the main achievements in the field of tissue engineered tendon, including the substitute for extracellular matrix(ECM) of tendon, seed cells, biomaterials and application of transgenetic techniques. It is considered that establishment of growth, proliferation adjustable tendon seed cells, and development of biomaterials favorable for cell attachment and growth as well as application of transgenetic technique, the research in tissue engineered tendon will be certainly.
