美沙酮维持治疗180天的效果评价

目的:对贵州省8家美沙酮维持治疗(MMT)门诊的受治者180 d的治疗效果进行评价。方法:采用队列研究设计。2006年6月-2007年3月,在贵州省8家MMT门诊,选择自愿参加调查、新接受社区MMT的海洛因成瘾者1003名,用第5版成瘾严重性指数量表中文版(ASI-C),通过面对面访谈的方式,测量受治者进入MMT时的成瘾严重性指数作为基线资料,对治疗满180 d的受治者进行随访调查,评价治疗效果。结果:受治者经过180 d的MMT,ASI-C的7项维度评分,除酒精成瘾维度外,其他6项维度的评分明显低于基线评分(P<0.01),MMT受治者的海洛因成瘾、教育就业、家庭社会、违法犯罪和精神心理状态明显改善。结论:自愿接受美沙酮维持治疗可减少海洛因成瘾者毒品使用、改善身心健康、促进就业和减少违法犯罪行为。

EFFECTIVE EVALUATION OF METHADONE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT FOR 180 DAYS IN HEROIN ADDICTS

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of 180-day methadone maintenancetreatment(MMT) for heroin addicts.Methods:Cohort study design was used.Totally,1003 heroin addicts who had been treated with methadone no more than one month were recruited into eight MMT clinics in Guizhou Province,southwest China,with signed informed consent and followed-up during June 2006 and March 2007.Face-to-face interview was conducted to collect information about their addiction severity at baseline and follow-up with the 5th edition of Addiction Severity Index,Chinese Version(ASI-C)to evaluate the effectiveness of MMT.Results:Overall composite scores(CSs) of ASI-C and varied CSs in six domains of ASI-C,i.e.,physical health,education and employment,drug addiction,legal status,family and social status,and psychiatric status in the clients all decreased after six-month MMT,as compared to those at baseline(P<0.01).Conclusion:MMT can help clients reduce illegal drug use and criminal behavior,improve physical and psychological health and promote employment.
