| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析95例非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料及随访结果。结果93例治愈，2例术后复发，再次手术。结论鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎疗效肯定，术后随访鼻窦冲洗也是保证手术疗效的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the method and efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery in noninvasive fungal sinusitis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 95 patients with noninvasive fungal sinusitis with nasal endoscopic surgery because of noninvasive fungal sinusitis. Results 93 patients were cured in the first intention. 2 patients underwent a second surgery. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery is effective to treat noninvasive fungal sinusitis. |
