摘    要:
饮水藻类毒素污染是当今世界一大公共卫生问题,其中微囊藻毒素分布最广、危害最大、最具代表性且研究最普遍,本文就其理化特性、毒理学研究进展以及危险性评价等作一简要综述。

Abstract:
Algae toxin contamination in drinking water was currently a major public health problem all over the world, of which microcystins ( MC )were the most widely distributed, harmful and representative as many researches were focused on them. The physicoehemical properties, toxicokinetic and toxicological characteristics, as well as risk assessments of MC were briefly reviewed in this paper.
