新疆北疆地区残联免费手术中高龄白内障手术小结

目的:讨论残联组织病例中高龄白内障手术的术前检查和手术中注意事项。方法:局部麻醉下为76～98岁46例高龄老年性白内障完成小切口白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术。结果:3例后囊破裂、人工晶状体睫状沟植入;1例术后心肌梗塞心内科处理后稳定;术后高眼压6例,经辅助切口放水后眼压下降。余无特殊并发症。手术后视力45例0.3以上,1例视神经萎缩视力无提高。结论:残联组织的白内障免费手术要求高效快速安全。对于高龄患者手术后1d内出院亦是安全可行的;但手术前问诊谈话及快速完成手术和术中、术后并发症的正确处理是残联手术安全的有效保证。

Summary of free SICS for the elder patients in north area of Xinjiang

AIM:To discuss the preoperative check and precautions for elder cataract patients in the action orgnized by Disabled Persons Federation. ·METHODS:Forty-six eyes performed small incision cataract surgery (SICS) and intraocular lens (IOL) with local anesthesia for elder patients. ·RESULTS:Miocardial infarction in postoperation occurred in 1 case.Posterior capsular rupture occurred in 3 eyes. High IOP occurred in 6 eyes.Postoperative visual actuity >0.3 occurred in 45 eyes.Optic atrophy occurred in 1 eye. ·CONCLUSION:The free operation must be rapidly,effectively and safely performed.It is possible that elder patients leave hospital on the postoperative first day.
