| Abstract: | The surface electrogastrograms of 22 early pregnant women and 20 non pregnant women were compared.The results showed that the electrogastric activities were normal in the non pregnant women,but in the early pragnant women,there were some changes in the patterns of the electrogastrograms,such as bradygastria,rhythmical disorder and a decline in the frequency and amplitude in the postprandial state.These abnormal electrogastric activities might be related to the nausea and vomitting during early pregnancy. |
