痹痛康丸联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

目的观察痹痛康丸联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将180例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为3组:A组给予甲氨蝶呤联合痹痛康丸治疗,B组给予痹痛康丸治疗,C组给予甲氨蝶呤片治疗,3组疗程均为12周,3组分别于用药后4周、12周进行疗效评定。结果治疗4周、12周时A组总有效率均明显高于B组和C组,A组VAS疼痛评分、疲乏VAS评分、肿胀关节数、疼痛关节数、ESR、CRP等指标改善情况均优于B组和C组。结论痹痛康丸联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎起效快、疗效好,可明显缓解临床症状,改善功能活动、体征及实验室指标。

Observation of curative effect of Bitongkang pill combined with methotrexate on rheumatoid arthritis

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Bitongkang pill combined with methotrexate treatment on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods 180 RA patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A treated with Bitongkang pill combined with methotrexate,group B treated with Bitongkang pill and group C treated with methotrexate tablets.All the treatment courses were 12 weeks.In 4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the curative effects in the three groups were evaluated respectively.Results In 4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate in group A was obviously higher than that in group B and group C,the improvements of indexes such as VAS pain scores,fatigue VAS scores,swelling points quantity,pain points quantity,ESR and CRP were better than that in group B and group C.Conclusion Bitongkang pill combined with methotrexate has a quick and good curative effect on RA,and the treatment can obviously relieve clinical symptoms and improve functional activities,signs and laboratory chamber indicators.
