摘    要:
目的探讨球囊扩张建立标准通道在经皮肾取石术中应用效果及安全性。方法将40例肾结石患者随机分为2组:A组20例在B超引导下行球囊扩张建立经皮肾标准通道,B组20例在B超引导下采用筋膜扩张器建立经皮肾标准通道。结果 2组建立通道时间、出血量、结石残留率均无显著性差异。2组均无严重并发症发生。结论球囊扩张在经皮肾取石术中建立标准通道安全有效。

Abstract:
Objective It is to investigate the safety and application effect of standard channel established by balloon dilatation in percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy(PCNL).Methods 40 cases of patients with renal stone were randomly divided into 2 groups: 20 cases in group A whose percutaneous renal standard channels were established by balloon dilatation under ultrasound guidance,20 cases in group B whose channels were established by fascial dilator.Results The difference in the channel establishing time,blood loss,and the rate of residual stone betwen the two groups were not significant.There were no severe complications in both groups.Conclusion The dilatation with balloon under ultrasound guidance to establish standard channels in percutaneous nephrolithotomy is safe and effective.
