致康胶囊用于计划生育手术后止血、止痛的疗效

目的探讨计划生育手术后使用致康胶囊对患者止血止痛的效果。方法将2011年7月至2012年11月80例计划生育手术后患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组给予致康胶囊联合常规治疗,跟踪随访患者1个月,对比观察两组腹痛持续时间、止血时间,并将饥饿感进行统计学分析。结果实验组治疗后,患者腹痛的持续时间短,手术后出血少,与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在计划生育手术后给予致康胶囊可以降低手术后的出血量,减轻疼痛,值得应用。
