| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颈椎间盘突出症手术前后ＭＲＩ改变及其临床意义。方法；２０例颈椎间盘突出症患者均于颈前路手术前后行ＭＲＩ检查，观察脊髓形态发迹与功能恢复之间的关系。结果：ＭＲＩ提示术前椎间盘生后突，脊髓受压、信号增强，术后植骨块稳定，脊髓矢状径及横切面积增加。结论：ＭＲＩ对颈椎间盘突出症的诊断、治疗方法选择及手术效果判断具有重要的临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveClinical study of MRI changes between pre andpost operation of cervical intervertebral disc protrusion and its clinical significance.Methods20 patients' MRI changes between pre and post cervical anterior route operationwere measured. Its correspondence with the functional recovery of patients was alsoobserved. ResultsSpinal cords were pressed by the protrusion disc and the signals wereintensified. After operation the grafting bone segments were stable and the sagittaldiameter and transverse section aera of spinal cord were increased. ConclusionMRI hasan important clinical significance in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intervertebraldisc operation. |
