环磷腺苷治疗病毒性心肌炎48例疗效观察

目的观察环磷腺苷治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将89例心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组(治疗组48例,对照组41例)。两组患者均给予维生素C、能量合剂等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用环磷腺苷60mg静滴,每日1次,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组优于对照组。结论环磷腺苷治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效确切,且安全、可靠。

Efficacy Observation of CAMP in the Treatment for Viral Myocarditis of 48 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of CAMP in the treatment for viral myocarditis. Methods 89 cases of myocarditis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group (48 cases in treatment group,41 cases in control group). In the two groups all the patients were given vitamin C,energy compounds and other conventional treatment. On this basis,the treatment group was added 60 mg CAMP intravenously once a day. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion The efficacy of CAMP in the treatment for viral myocarditis is precise,safe and reliable.
