低场磁共振胰胆管成像在腹腔镜治疗胆石症中的应用

目的]探讨低场磁共振胰胆管成像（magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography,MRCP）在腹腔镜治疗胆石症方面的临床应用价值。方法]通过对89例术前行MRCP检查的胆石症患者和76例术前未行MRCP检查的胆石症患者的对照分析，比较两组患者术中胆道探查阴性率。结果]术前MRCP检查组和非MRCP检查组的胆总管阴性探查率分别为4．5％和17．1％。结论]低场MRCP结合MRI能够准确的反映胆囊结石及胆总管结石的位置和梗阻程度，通过术前MRCP检查可降低腹腔镜治疗胆石症手术中的胆道阴性探查率，避免不必要的胆道探查。

Clinical application of low field magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography in the directions of laparoscopy management cholelithiasis

Objective] To discuss the clinical application of low field magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography （MRCP） in the directions of laparoscopy management cholelithiasis. Methods] A cross-check analysis was conducted between MRCP was performed prior to operation in 89 patients and didn＇t accept MRCP in 76 patients. To compare common bile duct exploration （CBDE） negative rate in two groups. Results] CBDE negative rate were 4.5% and 17.1% in two groups. Conclusions] If combined with routine MRI, the low field magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography is very helpful in demonstrating the obstruction site and extent of cholecystolithiasis and common duct stones. MRCP was performed prior to operation is beneficial to reducing negative rate of CBDE in laparoscopy management cholelithiasis, which is avoiding unnecessary CBDE.
