| 摘 要： | 采用紫外分光光度法测定头孢克洛缓释片的释放量 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .9% (n=5 ) ,在 0～5 0 mg/ L范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,符合中国药典 2 0 0 0年版 (草案 )对释放度的要求。
