基于状态的阈下抑郁中医药防治思路探讨

抑郁症的发病率逐年增高,对阈下抑郁患者进行早期预防、诊断与干预,能够有效减少或延缓抑郁症发病。文章从"防、诊、治"3个方面切入:一是通过体育锻炼、结合气功疗法,调节阴阳偏性,修正人格,加强保健预防;二是进行阈下抑郁中医症状本质及中医相关症状与阈下抑郁发病的相关性研究,进而推进阈下抑郁状态辨识及中医药治疗阈下抑郁疗效评价等研究;三是加强以心理治疗为主,针药联合的阈下抑郁中医药治疗方法的研究。结合"中医状态学"理论,发挥中医"治未病"的优势,以期为阈下抑郁的中医药防治提供新思路。

The incidence of depression is increasing year by year.Early prevention,diagnosis and intervention of subthreshold depression can effectively reduce or delay the onset of depression.Firstly,through physical exercise combined with qigong therapy,adjust yin-yang bias,modify personality,strengthen health care prevention.The second is to carry out the research on the nature of subthreshold depression symptoms and the correlation between the symptoms of subthreshold depression and the onset of subthreshold depression.Thirdly,to strengthen the research on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of subthreshold depression mainly with psychotherapy and acupuncture and drug combination.Combined with the theory of TCM statuses,the advantage of TCM preventive treatment of disease is brought into play,and new ideas for the prevention and treatment of subthreshold depression by TCM are provided.
