治肺不远温思想在特发性肺间质纤维化治疗中的运用

慢性肺病包括慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺病、间质性肺病等临床常见疾病,可归属于中医的"肺胀""肺痿"等范畴。历年来对慢性肺病的中医病因病机研究逐渐深入。在对慢性肺病的认识过程中,国医大师洪广祥教授提出了"治肺不远温"的学术思想。我们在这一学术思想的指导下,重新总结了特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)的中医病机特征,认为IPF的基本病机为阳虚寒凝、痰瘀互结,并提出了温阳散寒、化痰消瘀的治疗原则,使用温肺化纤汤治疗IPF获得了良好的临床疗效。

Application of the thought of treating lung not far from hyperthermia in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis therapy

Chronic lung diseases include chronic bronchitis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,interstitial lung disease and other common clinical diseases,which can be attributed to the categories of‘pulmonary distension’and‘pulmonary dysfunction’in TCM.Over the years,the study of TCM etiology and pathogenesis of chronic lung disease has gradually deepened.In the process of understanding chronic lung disease,professor HONG Guang-xiang,a TCM master,put forward the academic thought of‘treating lung not far from warm’.Under the guidance of this academic thought,we re-summarized the TCM pathogenesis characteristics of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,and believed that the basic pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis was yang deficiency,cold coagulation,phlegm and blood stasis,and proposed the treatment principle of warming yang and dispelling cold,dissipating phlegm and stasis,using Wenfei Huaxian Decoction to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has achieved good clinical effects.
