Abstract:
Objective To analyze the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching based on microteaching in skill training.Methods 86 nursing students of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were included in this study.According to the method of digital random table,they were divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(43 cases).The control group nursing students were given the traditional teaching method for clinical teaching,while the observation group was given the micro teaching method for clinical teaching.The results of the two groups were compared,and the nursing students before and after the practice were counted.The satisfaction of nursing students and teachers with clinical teaching was observed before and after the score of core competence.Results The results of TCM theory examination and TCM operation examination of nursing students in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nurses’core competence in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing students’satisfaction and teaching satisfaction in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion In the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,the clinical application of microteaching method is better,which can significantly improve the operation skills of nursing students,and is worth promoting in clinical teaching.
