中西医治疗调节大肠癌肠道菌群研究进展

随着现代分子生物学、代谢组学技术的发展,肠道菌群及其代谢的研究越来越受到研究者的重视。大肠癌作为世界上发病率第三高的恶性肿瘤,近年来在我国的发病率呈现上升趋势,而肠道菌群与大肠癌发生发展的关系也越来越受到重视。中医药通过调节肠道菌群来辅助治疗大肠癌,在临床上应用越来越广泛。文章从手术、放化疗、中药单体和复方对大肠癌肠道菌群失调的治疗作用进行概述,为大肠癌肠道菌群失调的研究提供依据。

Research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the regulation of intestinal flora in colorectal carcinoma

With the development of modern molecular biology and metabolomics technology,researches on intestinal flora and its metabolism have attracted more and more attention from researchers.The incidence rate of colorectal carcinoma is the third most common malignant tumor in the world,has shown an increasing incidence in China in recent years.In addition,the relationship between intestinal flora and the development of colorectal carcinoma has received increasing attention.Traditional Chinese medicine through the regulation of intestinal flora to assist the treatment of colorectal carcinoma is also more and more widely used in clinical.Regulating intestinal flora is one of the ways of Chinese medicine for colorectal carcinoma.This article summarized the therapeutic effects of colorectal carcinoma surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,Chinese medicine monomer and compound on intestinal flora imbalance in colorectal carcinoma,and provided a basis for the study of intestinal flora imbalance of colorectal carcinoma.
