白色脂肪组织(WAT)褐变是肥胖机体能量代谢的途径之一.辣椒素受体(TRPV1)广泛存在于多种代谢活跃的组织中,通过多个途径参与褐变,包括:细胞内增加钙离子内流,阻止脂肪细胞生成;刺激细胞代谢;TRPV1激活sirt1依赖的PPARγ去乙酰化,促进PPAR γ与prdm16的相互作用进而促使褐变.而针刺能显著提高肥胖小...

Abstract:
The browning of white adipose tissue(WAT)offers an innovative opportunity to tackle obesity.TRPV1 not only widely distributes in various tissues that metabolize actively,but participates in browning of WAT via the following ways:Increasing intracellular calcium influx;stimulating cell metabolism;activating sirt1-depentant deacetylation of PPARγand facilitating PPARγ-prdm16 interaction,which promotes browning of WAT.Whereas acupuncture can significantly improve the expression of UCP1,PGC-1α,prdm16,sirt1(brown adipose tissue-related proteins)in the WAT of high-fat diet mice,moreover enhance the deacetylation of PPARγand the lipolysis of WAT,which makes WAT browning.In the process of acupuncture combating obesity,TRPV1 may be involved in the initiation of acupuncture signal and activate WAT browning.
