IL-23和IL-17在结直肠癌患者中的表达及意义

摘    要:  目的  检测结直肠癌患者外周血和肿瘤组织中IL-23、IL-17的含量,探讨其与临床病理特征的相关性。  方法  24例对照组和56例结直肠癌患者组。用ELISA法检测患者和对照组外周血及患者正常黏膜组织与肿瘤组织培养液中的IL-23、IL-17水平。  结果  结直肠癌患者外周血和肿瘤组织培养液中IL-23和IL-17水平分别高于相应的对照组(P < 0.01)和正常黏膜组(P < 0.05)。结直肠癌患者外周血中IL-17水平与淋巴结转移情况及TNM分期相关(P < 0.05),但IL-23水平与患者各项临床病理参数无相关性(P>0.05)。肿瘤组织培养液中IL-17水平与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移情况及TNM分期相关(P < 0.05),而IL-23水平仅与TNM分期相关(P < 0.05)。  结论  IL-23和IL-17可能参与了结直肠癌进展的免疫病理过程。

Expression and clinical significance of IL-23 and IL-17 in patients with colorectal cancer

Abstract:  Objective  This study was conducted to investigate the levels of IL-23 and IL-17 in sera and tumor tissues and to analyze their association with clinico-pathological parameters in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC).  Methods  A total of 24 healthy subjects and 56 patients with CRC were recruited in this study. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was performed to measure the concentrations of IL-23 and IL-17 in the sera of CRC patients and healthy controls and in cultured normal tissues and tumor tissues from CRC patients.  Results  The levels of serum IL-23 and IL-17 were significantly higher in CRC patients than in healthy controls (< 0.01). The supernatant levels of IL-23 and IL-17 in tumor tissues were significantly higher than in normal tissues (P < 0.05). Serum IL-17 level was correlated with tumor location, lymph node metastasis, and TNM stage (P < 0.05), whereas serum IL-23 level showed no correlation with all clinico-pathological parameters (P>0.05). Tumor supernatant IL-17 level was correlated with tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and TNM stage (P < 0.05), whereas tumor supernatant IL-23 level was correlated only with TNM stage (P < 0.05).  Conclusion  IL-23 and IL-17 may be involved in the immuno-pathogenesis of CRC progression.
