Clinical Study of Simultaneous ERCP in LC Combined with Gallbladder Stones and Common Bile Duct Stones in Elderly Patients

Objective:To investigate the recovery of elderly patients with gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)combined with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods:A total of 102 elderly patients with cholecystolithiasis and common bile duct stones who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(LC combined with ERCP concurrent treatment)and control group(all Laparoscopic cholecystectomy+common bile duct exploration+T-tube drainage(LC+LCBDE)were performed in 51 cases each,and the treatment effects of the two groups were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative biliary fistula(1.56%<15.69%)and residual stone rate(0<13.73%)in the observation group were relatively lower(P<0.05),and the bed time[(2.15±0.32)d<(2.97±0.56)d]and hospital stay[(4.02±4.19)d<(6.33±2.04)d]were relatively shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of elderly patients with gallbladder stones combined with common bile duct stones,the simultaneous treatment of ERCP in LC combined is a good choice.It can effectively remove the stones,reduce the risk of treatment,and help patients recover quickly and well.
